Shivkrupa Farmer Agro Producer Company Limited

Over here in Nitoor, in the Nilanga area of Latur, we started Shivkrupa Farmer Agro Producer Company Limited. It’s basically just us farmers trying to figure things out together. Latur can be tough for farming because of the water situation, so we have to be careful. We spend a lot of time talking about irrigation and which seeds might survive the heat better. Our setup is pretty simple. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us and our families working the land day in and day out. Sometimes the roads are bad, making it hard to get stuff moved, but we manage. We aren't doing anything revolutionary. It is just old-fashioned farming with a bit more organization so we don't get lost in the shuffle. People in the village know us. We are always around the A.P. Nitoor spot if anyone needs to chat. The paperwork for the company can be a bit of a mess, but we do it because it helps us sell together. Usually, you’ll find us wearing dusty clothes and worrying about the clouds. It’s honest work and it keeps us grounded. We don't have any big promises to make. We just plant the seeds and hope for the best like everyone else around here. It's a living, and it's ours.
