Washi area of the Osmanabad district. It is a fairly busy road, but our setup is quite modest. We are a group of farmers who decided to come together and organize things a bit better under this name. Being in Washi means we are surrounded by people who do exactly what we do, which is farming. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a reception desk. Usually, you’ll find one of us sitting with a ledger or talking to a driver about a delivery. Osmanabad is where we live and work, so we know the local problems quite well. Whether it's the rain or the transport issues, we deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to sell anyone on a dream, we are just managing the day-to-day business of a farmer producer company. Sometimes we are out in the fields and sometimes we are at the office on Tandulwadi Road. It’s a mix of both. We keep things straightforward because that’s the only way we know how to run things.
