This company is run by a group of us here in Dhonde village. Our main spot is at Gat Number 555. It’s a rural location, and we spend most of our days dealing with local agricultural matters. We aren't a big corporation with suits and ties. We are mostly in our work clothes because there is always something to do with the crops or the storage area. The village life is quiet, but the work is steady and keeps us busy. We formed this group so we could help each other out with getting better prices for what we grow. It’s hard to do things alone as a small farmer, so having this company makes sense for the community. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy lobby with a sofa. People just know where we are at Post Dhonde. Most of the people working here live just a few minutes away on foot. We talk about the weather and the soil a lot. That is basically our whole life. We try to keep our records straight and make sure everyone gets their fair share when the harvest is finally sold. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we make mistakes with the government forms, but we fix them eventually. We just want to keep things moving for the farmers in our area. No one here is trying to be a big boss. We just work together at the office on the farm. Sometimes we stay late when the trucks are coming in, but that's just part of it. We don't have any fancy mission statements.
