Tuljai Krushivikas Producer Companylimited

Our group, Tuljai Krushivikas Producer Companylimited, is based out in Andora. It’s a small place in the Kallam area of Osmanabad. We set things up at Shri Kisan Yedba Tambare’s place because it made sense for the local farmers to have a central point to meet. We aren't some big city corporation with fancy glass walls. It’s mostly just us sitting together, talking about the crops and how to manage the sales better. Being a producer company means we're all in this together. Some days are slow, especially when the weather isn't helping, but we keep at it. The office is really just a room where we keep our records and talk to anyone who stops by. We’ve got a lot of history in this village, so everyone knows where to find us. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. Farming is hard work and we try to make the business side of it a bit less stressful for the members. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. We’d rather just focus on what's happening in the fields. Osmanabad gets quite hot, so we usually get the most work done in the early mornings. If you come by, you'll probably find a few of us just chatting about the next season. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do here in the village.
