Tuljabhawani Grapes Producer Company Limited is based in the village of Sawargaon. We operate from the premises of Shankar Babu Shinde Onkar, which is located at Post Sawargaon in the Tuljapur Taluka. This is a rural area and our work is mostly about the grapes and the local people who grow them. We do not have a professional office building with a lobby or a receptionist. Instead, we use this space to manage all the administrative details and keep the company running. Life here revolves around the harvest seasons. When the grapes are ready, things get very hectic and we are barely in the office at all. The rest of the year, we spend our time sitting at the desks and going through the ledgers to make sure every member is accounted for properly. It is a small setup, nothing like the corporate offices you see in the big cities. We prefer it this way because we stay close to the fields and the producers. If someone has a problem or a question, they just walk over and we talk it out over some hot tea. The address might seem a bit long to some, but in Savargaon, everyone knows where Shankar Babu’s place is. We aren't interested in looking polished or sounding corporate. We just want to make sure the company stays afloat and the farmers get what they need from us.
