Tiwari Farmers Producer Company Limited is located right in the middle of the action at the Krishi Utpan Bajar Samiti in Dhoki. If you go to Gala No 3, you’ll find us there. It’s Girish Govindlal Tiwari’s place. Being in the market yard means there is never a quiet moment. From early morning, you hear the sounds of trucks loading and unloading, and people shouting out prices. Our office is just a small room in the market complex. It’s got a couple of desks, some wooden benches for visitors, and stacks of old ledgers. We don't have any fancy decorations. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. Most of the time, the air is filled with the smell of grain and dust. We deal with farmers coming in from all over the Osmanabad area. They bring their concerns and their produce, and we sit down with them to figure things out over a cup of tea. It is a very practical way to work. We don't believe in long, boring meetings; we just talk and decide what needs to be done. Girish is usually there, managing the daily chaos. It’s a noisy, busy, and sometimes messy way to run a company, but it’s the only way we know. We are just a part of the daily life of the Dhoki market.
