Tershivar Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is based at House Number 3/4/85/4 in the town of Ter. This is located in the Osmanabad district of Maharashtra. We are just a group of local people who decided to come together for our farming needs. Our office is a small space where we keep our records and meet with other farmers from the area. Ter is a place with a lot of history, but we’re more focused on the present and what we’re growing in the fields. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big team of executives. It’s just us, the people who are actually out there doing the work. We handle everything from buying seeds to trying to find the best places to sell our crops. Sometimes we have to figure out how to use new tools or deal with government rules, which isn't always fun. We just try to keep things moving forward. The office is often a bit cluttered with bags and papers, but we know where everything is. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We’re just farmers trying to help ourselves and our neighbors. It’s hard work and the days are long, especially when the weather is tough. But we’ve lived here a long time and we’re used to it. We just take it day by day. This keeps us grounded and focused on what actually matters to the village.
