We are the Ssv Shetkari Utpadak Va Vipanan Producer Company Limited. Our office is located at 27/2718 in Sambhaji Nagar, specifically in the Kakde Plot area of Osmanabad. Around here, everyone is pretty much involved in farming in one way or another. We set this up as a way for local farmers to get their produce to the market without getting lost in the shuffle. The "Vipanan" part of our name is just a fancy way of saying we handle the marketing and selling side of things. We are just a group of people from the area who know the land and the struggle of getting a fair price. The office in Kakde Plot is where we gather to talk about the latest prices and who is growing what. It’s not a shiny new building, just a practical space where we can get our work done. Osmanabad can be a tough place for farming when the rains don't come, so having a collective group helps us stay afloat. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that.
