We are based over at G. No. 113, Itkal Tal. Tuljapur, Dist Osmanabad. Shrisarthak Agrotech Farmer Producer Company Limited is a place where we try to keep things as straightforward as possible. Being a farmer producer company, our whole day revolves around the agricultural cycle. We don't have a big corporate office with elevators or anything like that. It’s just a ground-floor space where we can meet and talk. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn’t really affect how we work. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to the local growers who come in. Everyone in the office does a bit of everything, whether it's filing papers or helping load a truck. We don't have a specific dress code, so you'll usually see us in whatever is practical for the weather in Osmanabad. It gets dusty out here at G. No. 113, but that’s just part of being in an agricultural area. We don’t go in for big meetings with fancy presentations. Usually, we just sit around a table and decide what needs to be done for the next week. It’s a very direct way of working. We know the families in Itkal and they know where to find us if they need anything. We just keep our heads down and do the work, trying to make sure the agrotech side of things stays on track without any unnecessary drama or fancy talk.
