Shri Vithai Farmers Producer Company Limited is a small group of us here in Morda. Our main spot is H No 190, right in the village. We started this because we wanted to have a bit more control over how our crops were sold. Usually, the middleman takes a lot, and we were tired of seeing that happen every year. So, we got together. We aren't experts in business or anything like that, just people who have been farming for generations. We deal with all the usual stuff—seeds, fertilizers, and trying to get a decent price at the market. Morda is a quiet place, and we like it that way. Most of our meetings happen on the porch or in the yard, talking about the weather and what the government is doing this week. We don't have any big slogans or flashy advertisements. We just have our reputation among the other farmers here. If someone needs help with their harvest, we try to coordinate through the company. It makes things a bit more organized. We have had our share of mistakes since we started, but we learn as we go. It’s better than just sitting around and complaining. We are just trying to build something that lasts for our families and the other folks in the 413601 zip code area. It’s hard work, but it’s ours. We don't want anything fancy, just a fair day's pay for what we grow.
