Shri Omkareshwar Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Murud, Latur. We operate out of Jankabai Devidas Garad’s place in Gadwad. Latur is a place where farming is the heartbeat of almost every household, and we are no different. Our group is made up of neighbors and friends who decided to form this company to help manage our agricultural work better. It isn't always easy to get things right in farming, especially with how the weather has been changing lately. We spend our days out in the Gadwad area, checking on the plants and making sure the water is reaching where it should. When we need to talk business, we gather at Jankabai’s house. There are no fancy suits here, just people in dusty clothes who know the value of a hard day's work. We started this because we saw that big companies had an advantage we didn't have, so we figured we would start our own small one to even things out. We focus on the things that actually matter, like getting the harvest to the market without losing too much money along the way. We are just practical people trying to make a go of it. We don't promise anything impossible; we just work the land and try to be smart about how we sell what we grow as a group.
