Shreeshetra Ramling Zp Agro Producer Company Limited is based in the Yedshi area of Osmanabad. Shri Jalinthar Sakharam Saste is the person who helps manage things for us. This part of Osmanabad has a strong connection to the Ramling temple, which is where part of our name comes from. We are a group of farmers who live and work around here, trying to make our agricultural work more organized. Farming in Yedshi has its own set of challenges, especially with the weather and the terrain. We don't have a big headquarters or any glossy brochures. Our office is just a practical space where we meet to discuss the crops and the markets. We are very much a local business, and everyone involved is a neighbor or a friend. We don't try to sound like a big city company because we aren't. We use simple English and focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep a farm running. Whether it’s deciding when to plant or how to transport the harvest, we do it together. It’s a lot of responsibility and sometimes the pressure is quite high, but we take it as it comes.
