You will find us in Saranwadi, which is a small post in Paranda taluka. Osmanabad district is where we all belong. Most of the people involved in Shree Bhrameshwar are farmers themselves. We know what it's like when the rain doesn't come on time. Life in the village moves at a different pace than the city. We wake up early, check the fields, and then get together to discuss company business. We aren't experts in management, just people who know the land. We started this because we wanted to have more say in how our produce gets sold. Usually, we meet under a tree or at someone's house to talk. The address is just a point for the mail to come. Most of our work is done out in the open. Paranda is a dry area, so we have to be careful with how we use our resources. We share tools sometimes and help each other with the sowing season.
