We’re just a bunch of local people who have been farming this land for as long as we can remember. Osmanabad can be a tough place for farming because it gets so dry, and you really have to know what you're doing to get a good crop out of the ground. We decided to come together as a producer company to see if we could make our lives a little easier. It's mostly about buying our supplies in bulk to save some money and trying to find better ways to sell what we grow. We don't have a professional office staff or anything like that. Usually, it's just one of us handling the paperwork while the rest are out in the fields. We meet up when we can to discuss things like new farming techniques or how to deal with the latest pests. It’s not a glamorous life. There’s a lot of dirt under our fingernails and we worry about the weather constantly. But having this group means we aren't facing those problems alone anymore. We’re just trying to keep our families fed and our farms running for another season. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't use big words or make big promises. We just show up every morning and do the best we can.
