Rokdeshwari Agro Farmer Producer Companylimited

Started this thing in Khamswadi near Kallam because we felt like doing something together as farmers. We are based out of H. No 843 on Plot No 7 and 8. It’s not a big fancy office or anything, just a place where we sit down and figure out the crop situation and how to get things moving. Some days it’s just us talking about the rain or the price of fertilizers while sitting on old chairs. We handle a lot of the local agro work right here. People from the village stop by all the time. Being a producer company means we have to keep track of a lot of different members and what they are growing out in the fields. It gets pretty dusty out here when the tractors go by, but that’s just how it is in this part of Kallam. We spend most of our mornings checking on the stock and making sure the paperwork for the farmers is in order. It’s a lot of manual work and sometimes the electricity goes out, so we just wait it out. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us, the local guys who know the land. If you come looking for us at Plot 7 or 8, you’ll probably find someone drinking tea and looking over some ledgers. It’s a simple setup for a bunch of people trying to make the farm business work a little better for everyone involved in Khamswadi.
