We are based out of House Number 104 in Poshir, which is a quiet spot in the Kalamb area. This business is mostly about the day-to-day grind of agriculture and getting things moving for the local farms. It’s not some big city office with glass walls; it’s just where we handle the books and coordinate the work. Most of us here grew up around these fields, so starting Prajakt Agro felt like a natural step to take. We deal with whatever the season throws at us, whether it is seeds, supplies, or just figuring out the best way to get things to the market. Some days are slow and others are a total scramble, which is just how life goes in Poshir. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know their way around a farm and don't mind getting their hands dirty. The office is usually busy in the mornings before everyone heads out to the plots. We try to keep things straightforward and honest because everyone knows everyone else in this village. If you come by Kalamb, you’ll see we are just a regular part of the landscape. There’s always a tractor or some equipment being moved around nearby. It isn't always easy making a living from the land, but we find a way to make it work. We’ve been here for a long time and plan to stay for many more years to come.
