We're over in Patsangvi, a small village in the Bhoom area of Osmanabad. Umesh started this with a few of us to see if we could get a better handle on our farming business together. It's a quiet place, and everyone knows everyone's business. Life in Bhoom revolves entirely around the seasons. When it rains, we're all out in the fields busy, and when it's dry, we're mostly worrying about the future. Our setup is pretty basic, just a small office at the address mentioned. We don't have a team of experts or consultants, just local farmers who know the soil here like the back of our hands. We produce what the land gives us and try to find the right buyers so we don't get cheated at the market. It's a lot of manual labor and long hours. Some days the paperwork feels way harder than the actual farming part. We focus on what we know and keep things simple. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure our families can keep going for another year.
