Naitik Agro Producer Company Limited

Naitik Agro Producer Company Limited is a local group we started right here in Washi. We are located at Ramling Haridas Ghule’s place, which is where we do most of our planning and meetings. Being in the Bhoom taluka of Osmanabad means we are right in the heart of the farming community. Life here revolves around the seasons and the crops, so that’s what we talk about most of the time. We aren't some big city firm with shiny desks. Our space is simple and it works for what we need to do. A few of us get together to manage the production side of things and try to help the local growers get a fair shake. It is a lot of manual work and keeping track of who needs what. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we do a lot of things by hand or over the phone. We know everyone in the village and they know us. It’s the kind of place where you don't really need a map to find someone’s house. We care about the soil here in Osmanabad because it’s what provides for all of us. There are good years and bad years with the rain, but we stay stuck in and keep trying. We don't have fancy titles or big egos. We are just local people trying to make a go of it and keep the business running.
