Mohekar Hub Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are based at House Number 18 in Borda, which is part of the Kalamb taluka in Osmanabad district. Our group is called Mohekar Hub Farmers Producer Company Limited. We are just a collective of local farmers from this area. Life in Borda is pretty much centered on the fields. We spend our days out there, and this company is our way of trying to keep that work going so we can survive. Farming in Osmanabad can be really tough because the water is always an issue. We joined together so we could share resources and maybe get a better deal when we sell what we grow. Our office is a very simple place. It’s just where we keep the books and meet to discuss our plans for the season. It’s not a corporate environment at all. Usually, it’s just a few of us sitting around, talking about the crops and the prices we’re seeing at the market. There’s no marketing team here, just us farmers trying to figure things out. Sometimes the paperwork is a bit overwhelming, and we’re all tired from the manual labor. But we keep at it because it's better than the alternative. We aren't trying to sound like some high-tech firm. We are just people from Borda looking out for each other and trying to keep our farms going despite the challenges. It's a practical, local operation and we take it one day at a time.
