Megafarm Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out here in Osmanabad, specifically in the Kallam area at Gat No. 296/191. It is mostly a rural setup because that is where the real work happens with the local farmers. We spent a lot of time getting this place organized so we could actually help people get their produce sorted out and sold. It gets pretty hot out here in the summer months, but we stay busy inside the office at Bhosata. The local roads can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, but everyone knows where we are. Being a farmer producer company means we are always talking to someone about their harvest or what seeds they are planning to use next time. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the area well and want to see things run smoothly for the community. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it serves its purpose for storing files and having meetings. Sometimes the tea guy comes by twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon when we take a break. We handle the paperwork and the logistics from this spot and try not to get too bogged down in the small stuff. It’s just honest work day in and day out, making sure the local agricultural side of things stays moving forward. We just do our best to stay organized and keep everyone in the loop.
