Manakosam Producer Company Limited

Manakosam Producer Company is over in Omerga, in the Osmanabad district. We use a house for our office, H No B 753 in Makani, which makes it feel very much like a part of the neighborhood. Being a producer company means we spend a lot of time with the local growers around here. Omerga is a small place, and everyone knows each other’s business, which is actually helpful when you’re trying to organize farmers. The office isn't anything like what you’d see in a big city. It’s just a room with some files, a couple of chairs, and a lot of talk about crop prices and weather patterns. We deal with a lot of different crops depending on the season, and there’s always something that needs fixing or moving. The roads around here can be tough, especially after it rains, but we manage to get around. We are just a group of people trying to make the farming side of things a bit more organized for the folks in Makani and the surrounding villages. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just have our names and this house where we meet. It’s a quiet life most days, but during harvest time, it gets very hectic and we barely have time to sit down. That’s just how it is in this part of the world.
