Lasurstation Mahila Farmers Producer Company Limited is based at House Number 3935 right here in Lasur Station. We are a group of women from the local area who decided to work together on the farming side of things. Being in Aurangabad 431001, we have a lot of land around us, and most of us have spent our lives in these fields. Our office isn't anything special, just a place where we meet up to discuss the season and what needs to be done next. You can usually find us there talking about seeds or how the weather is looking for the cotton and grain. We started this because we wanted a way to handle our own business without relying on too many outsiders. It’s a lot of manual labor and long hours, especially during the sowing season. Lasur Station is a familiar place to us, and we know the families around here. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just write down what we do and try to keep the books straight. It gets dusty and hot in the summer, but that is just part of living in this part of Maharashtra. We handle the collection of produce and make sure the members get a fair deal for what they grow. It’s about being practical and helping each other out when things get difficult. It is not always easy, but we manage.
