As the name suggests, we focus on processing what we grow. It’s a bit more involved than just farming. We have some basic machinery set up to handle the crops after they come out of the field. The house is always busy with the sound of machines or people hauling bags in and out. Being in Sarjapur, we are surrounded by fields, so it's a short trip from the land to our processing spot. We are a small group, mostly family and friends from the village. We started this because we wanted to add some value to our produce before selling it. It is a lot of extra work and the days are long. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait around, which is frustrating. But we keep at it because we have to. We don't really do any formal advertising. Most people know us because we live right here in the neighborhood. We try to keep things honest and do a good job with the processing work. It’s not a high-tech facility, just a practical one that gets the job done for us. We spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment and making sure everything is running right. It’s a tough business, but we are used to it by now. We just take it day by day.
