Jadhavagro Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Po Ambi, which is in the Tq Bhoom region. Our actual address is C/O Padmin Vikram Jadhav, house number 251. It’s a very local, village-based setup. We aren’t some big company from the city; we are right here where the farming actually happens. We started this to help the farmers around Ambi get a better handle on their work and how they sell things. Working out of a family home like Padmin Vikram Jadhav’s place makes it easy for the neighbors and other local farmers to just drop by whenever they have a question or need to sign something. It’s a humble setup, but it’s real and it’s what we need. Tq Bhoom is a place where you have to be on the ground to understand what’s going on with the crops and the weather. We spend a lot of our time sitting and talking through the plans for the next season. There’s no big signage or reception desk, just a room where we keep our files and meet people. It can be quite busy during the harvest time, with everyone coming and going from house 251. We like it that way because it keeps us close to the people we are actually working for. It’s just how things are done here in the village. We don't need a fancy office to do good work for the farming community in Ambi.
