Dongare Agro Producer Company Limited is located at House Number 38, which we call Sawali Niwas. We’re right near the ZP School in Mangrul, over in Tuljapur. Being near the school means there’s always some noise and activity around, which we like. It keeps us feeling connected to the village. We spend our time working on agro projects and helping the farmers in the Osmanabad district. It’s a dry area, so we have to be very careful with how we manage things. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s just a room with some desks and a lot of maps and charts on the walls. We take our work seriously because we know how much people depend on it. Sometimes we have meetings on the porch when it’s too hot inside. We talk about water, seeds, and prices mostly. It’s not an easy life, but it’s a good one. We’ve all grown up around Mangrul, so we know the challenges of the soil here. We don’t try to act like we have all the answers. We just work together with the neighbors to figure things out. If you’re ever near the school, you’ll see our place. It’s just a normal house where we do our best to keep the farming business going. We keep the doors open and the tea ready for whoever stops by, because that is how we do things here.
