Ghansawangi is a place where people work hard and don't expect things to be handed to them. We fit right in with that. The roads can be a bit rough during the rainy season, but that doesn't stop us from getting the work done. We handle everything ourselves, from the paperwork to the heavy lifting. It’s a group effort and everyone chips in where they can. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes about the crops. That is how we like to run things, keep it simple and keep it moving forward without any unnecessary fuss. We just do the job.
