Arjunraje Agro Producer Company Limited

Arjunraje Agro is based out of Shingoli in the Kallam area. It’s mostly just us farmers from the village trying to figure things out together. The weather hasn't been the easiest lately, but we keep at it. Shingoli is a quiet place and most people here know each other from the fields. We started this company because it made more sense to group up than to try and sell everything on our own. Usually, you’ll find some of us sitting around discussing the market prices or how the last harvest went. It is not a big fancy office or anything like that. We just use the space we have to coordinate what needs to be done. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, especially when we’d rather be outside, but that’s part of the job now. We grow what the land gives us and try to make sure everyone gets a fair deal when the crops are ready. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours during the sowing season. You get used to the dust and the heat after a while. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make a living here in Kallam. The roads out here aren't the best, so getting stuff moved takes time. But we’ve lived here all our lives, so we know how to manage. It's just a bunch of neighbors working on the same goal every day and hoping the rain comes at the right time.
