Our Delhi office is right on the ground floor at 71 Harsh Vihar in Pitampura. It’s a very practical location for us because we are always moving in and out with samples and heavy files. Being on the ground floor means we don't have to wait for the lift, which saves a lot of time in a city as fast as this one. The office is quite simple. We have a few desks, some sturdy filing cabinets, and a small area where we can sit down with clients to go over the plans. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic and the local markets, but we don't mind it much. It makes us feel like we are in the middle of everything. We have been in the 110034 area for a long time and we know the local regulations and the way things work around here. We don't have a team of secretaries or a glossy brochure to hand out. If you come in, you’ll probably just see us hunched over our computers or talking loudly on our mobile phones to someone at a construction site. The air conditioner struggles a bit during the peak of the Delhi summer, so we usually have a few extra fans blowing. We aren't interested in looking corporate or polished. We just focus on the actual work of developing properties and making sure the foundations are solid. It’s a busy, unpretentious place to work.
