Our office is located at A-65 Ramesh Enclave. It is really close to Sector-21 in Rohini. As a dealer for Lal Kitab software, we spend most of our time helping people get the right tools set up on their computers. Most folks around this neighborhood know the Ramesh Enclave area because it is a busy part of Rohini. We have been set up here for some time. Dealing with software isn't always easy because sometimes things do not install right or people have questions about how the interface works. We just sit here and handle those issues as they come up throughout the day. It is not a big corporate office with polished floors. It is more like a local shop where you can walk in and talk to us directly. We try to keep the place tidy, but there are always boxes and discs sitting around the counters. Dealing with this specific software keeps us quite busy throughout the week. Most of our neighbors are regular families or other small retail shops. We like being near Sector-21 because it makes it convenient for people to stop by. If the power goes out, we just wait it out like everyone else on the block. We are not trying to be anything fancy or high-end. We just sell the software and try to make sure it works for whoever buys it. Some days are slow and other days we have people coming in one after another. That is just how it goes.
