We are located right in the middle of Sector 14 in Rohini, at 116 R.G. Complex-1. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty packed during the day. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into this space. There are wires everywhere, and usually, someone is hunched over a circuit board or a computer screen. We started Connect System India because we liked tinkering with things. It’s been a few years now, and the shelves are overflowing with parts and old keyboards. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. People usually just lean against the counter while we talk about what's wrong with their gear. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when you're looking at tiny screws. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a rattling sound, but we’ve gotten used to it. Rohini is a good spot for us because there’s always something happening outside. We don’t do much advertising; people just see our sign when they go to the market. It’s a simple life, really. We open up in the morning, fix what needs fixing, and close up when the sun goes down. It’s just us, some tools, and a lot of coffee to keep the energy up. We don't pretend to be some huge tech firm. We're just a local business in a busy complex.
