We are set up at Plot No- B-32 on Lawrence Road, right in the heart of the industrial area in Krishana Nagar. This place is usually humming with activity because there are so many factories around. At Victory Foods, we spend our time managing food production and packaging. It’s a lot of routine work, honestly. We have to keep an eye on the temperature, the hygiene, and the packing lines all day long. The industrial area can be quite noisy and dusty, but inside our unit, we try to keep everything as orderly as possible. We have a team that’s been working together for a long time, so everyone knows their role without being told. We aren't really into fancy marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on making sure the food products that leave our gates are what people expect. Sometimes the trucks get delayed in the Lawrence Road traffic, which can be a real headache, but we deal with it as it comes. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don't have a big fancy office, just a small corner where we handle the accounts and the logistics. We just want to keep the production moving and the quality steady for our regular buyers. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do, so we just get on with it every day.
