Fast Trax Food Pvt Ltd. is based at C- 358, Millenium Appts in Rohini, Delhi 110089. We have our office set up here in the apartment complex. Since we deal with food, you might expect a big commercial kitchen, but this is more where the management and planning happen. Rohini is a huge residential area, and being in Millenium Appts means we are right in the middle of it. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on how things are going at different locations. It is a lot of logistics and math. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs that are a bit worn out, and stacks of papers related to food safety and inventory levels. It gets busy during the lunch hours when everyone is trying to coordinate at once. We are not fancy people. We just like to get the work done and make sure the food business is running smoothly for everyone involved. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area of the flat. It is a bit informal, but it works for us. The neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at all hours. We try to stay organized, but with so many things happening, the desks usually end up covered in notes and lists by the end of the day. It is just part of the job here in Rohini.
