We've been at B-30 on Lawrence Road for quite a while now. It’s a busy industrial area, so things stay pretty active around here from early morning until late evening. Most days are spent handling the food processing and making sure the supplies are moving out like they should. We don't really have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the work floor and the loading area where the trucks come in. People around here know us for being regular. If you walk down the street, you’ll see our gate right near the other warehouses. We started out small and just kept at it, year after year. Sometimes the machines act up or the schedules get a bit tight, but that's just part of the day. Our staff is mostly local folks who have been with us for a long time. They know the routines better than anyone. It’s not a quiet place, there’s always some noise from the equipment or someone calling out orders. We just try to get the work done right and get the food packed up properly before the sun goes down. It isn't always smooth, but we make it work. Lawrence Road has changed a bit over the years, more traffic mostly, but we’re still here doing the same stuff we’ve always done. It’s just a plain business where we focus on the food and the daily grind. We don't spend much time on decorations or looking fancy. As long as the food is processed and the bags are filled, we’re doing okay. It's dusty sometimes and noisy always, but it's what we know.
