We are based in Pitampura, which is a busy part of North Delhi. Tumlare Software Services Pvt. Ltd. is basically a group of us sitting in front of screens most of the day. We do software stuff, which sounds more complicated than it actually is sometimes. It’s a lot of coding, fixing bugs, and trying to make things work the way they’re supposed to. Pitampura is a good place for us because there are plenty of places to grab food nearby when we take a break. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space with decent internet and enough power outlets. We don't have a big HR department or a gym in the building. It’s just a small team of people who actually know how to build things with code. We get a bit tired of the screen time sometimes, but it’s what we do. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we stay late when a project is acting up, but that’s just the nature of software. We try to be honest about what we can do and how long it’ll take. We’ve been in the neighborhood for a while and seen it grow quite a bit. It’s a decent place to work and we’re just trying to provide good services without all the extra fluff you see elsewhere. It keeps us busy and out of trouble most days.
