We’ve set up our shop at Plot No 23A, Survey No 58/A in Sarvodya Nagar. Tricera Technologies Llp is a small operation, and we like it that way. Our office is a simple place where we focus on getting technical work done without any of the usual corporate fuss. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of assistants. If you call us, you’ll probably just talk to one of the people actually doing the work. We spend our days dealing with various tech projects, from fixing software bugs to setting up new systems for small businesses. Sarvodya Nagar is a decent place to work from. It’s not as chaotic as the main city center, which allows us to actually get things finished on time without too many distractions. We aren't interested in using a lot of buzzwords or making grand promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Sometimes we run into problems that take a bit longer to solve than we expected, but we always stick with it until it’s right. Our team is small, so everyone knows exactly what’s going on with every project. We don't have many meetings; we just talk across the desks or while we're grabbing some water. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We find that being honest and keeping things simple is the best way to handle the technical side of things for everyone.
