Supreme Infotech Ltd. is located at 3445, Hansa Puri Road in Tri Nagar. Tri Nagar is a very crowded neighborhood, so finding a parking spot near us is basically a miracle on most days. Our office is in a building that’s seen better days, but it’s home for us. We deal with computers and all the headaches that come with them. People bring in their laptops that won't start or their printers that keep jamming for no reason. We also work on some software stuff in the back room where it's a bit quieter and we can think. There are cables running along the floor and stacks of old monitors in the corner. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The fans are always running to keep the servers from overheating in the small space. We get a lot of local walk-ins who just need a quick fix or some simple advice about their devices. We don't use much corporate talk here; we just explain what's wrong in plain English so people understand. Sometimes we stay late to finish a repair or get a network back up for a client. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s usually when we take a real break. It’s a small operation, but we’ve been part of the Tri Nagar community for a while now. We just like fixing things.
