We are located at 15 Model Town. Our office is actually in an older house that we have used for our business for a long time. We deal with silver and metal strips used for various industrial purposes. It is not a very large operation. There are only a handful of us working here every day. The atmosphere is very relaxed. We don't wear formal clothes or have strict rules about where people sit. Most of our work involves taking orders over the phone and making sure the warehouse gets the right sizes ready. Model Town is a nice residential area, so it's a bit quieter than the industrial parts of Delhi. We have a small garden in the front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win. We don't have any marketing brochures or a sales team going out to find new clients. Our customers have been buying from us for years and they just know our number by heart. Sometimes we have a bit of a backlog and things get a little frantic, but we usually manage to get everything sorted out. We drink a lot of coffee and eat biscuits during our afternoon break. It is just a small, local business trying to do its job without too much fuss or complicated corporate structures. Everything is handled with a simple phone call and a notebook.
