Hyten Industrial Corp.

Hyten Industrial Corp. is located at 90, Sandesh Vihar. We are on the first floor, which is right in the P & T Colony area of Pitampura. It’s a bit of a different setup than a ground-floor shop. We have to haul everything up the stairs, which keeps us in shape, I suppose. The space is mostly an office where we manage our industrial supply business. We’ve been here for several years, and we’ve gotten to know the other people in the building pretty well. It’s a busy area of Delhi, but once you step inside our office, it’s a bit more controlled. We spend a lot of time looking at catalogs and talking to manufacturers to make sure we have what people are asking for. There are usually stacks of samples sitting on the desks and boxes waiting to be sent out to customers. It’s just a small group of us working here. We don't have a corporate hierarchy or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We try to keep things organized, but during the busy season, it can get a little chaotic with all the orders coming in at once. We like being in Pitampura because it’s central for a lot of our clients. It’s a simple, straightforward operation where we just focus on getting the supplies to the people who need them.
