Glass Tools & Abrasives

We operate out of M-3/D-10 in the Jhulelal Apartment complex over in Pitampura. It’s a bit of a different setup being in an apartment building, but we’ve made the space work for us. We keep a lot of our stock here—mainly tools for glass cutting and different kinds of abrasive materials. If you’re looking for a specific grinding wheel or a diamond cutter, this is where we keep them. Pitampura is a crowded area, so parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes, but we’ve been here long enough to know the tricks. The rooms are mostly filled with shelves and boxes. It’s not a showroom; it’s more of a distribution point where we pack orders and talk to local craftsmen. We spend most of our time checking the quality of the items coming in. Since glass work is delicate, the tools have to be right. We aren't a big corporation. It's just a few of us handling the phones and the shipping. Sometimes we get locals walking in looking for a single tool, and other times we’re packing up big crates for businesses further away. We try to keep things quiet for the neighbors, though it gets a bit noisy when we’re moving heavy boxes around. It’s a simple, functional space. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just calendars and a few notes about pending orders.
