Our place is at L D 1, right near the Pitampura Metro Station. It is a very busy spot because of the trains and all the commuters. We spend a lot of time here dealing with the daily routine of our export work. It isn't always exciting, but it keeps us busy from morning until late. The office is tucked away in a spot that makes it easy for us to get to and from. We deal with a lot of paperwork and boxes every single day. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it is quiet enough to hear the metro announcements from outside. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist at a glass desk. It's more of a working space where things actually get done. We started out small and just kept at it until we had enough work to fill the week. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, and the lighting could be better, but it's our place. Most of our neighbors are also busy with their own trade businesses. We just focus on getting our shipments sorted and making sure everything is where it needs to be. It’s a lot of manual coordination and checking lists. We don't think much about the "about us" part, we just show up and work. The fan on the ceiling makes a bit of noise but it keeps us cool enough while we pack.
