We are located at 3734-B/1 Kanhaiya Nagar in the Tri Nagar area. It’s a very busy part of Delhi with a lot of narrow streets and warehouses packed together. We handle import and export stuff, mostly moving goods from one place to another for different people. Our office is small and usually filled with stacks of paperwork and random samples we’ve collected. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to transporters and suppliers about where the trucks are. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes because there’s always something arriving or leaving the dock. We have to keep track of a lot of numbers and shipping marks. The street outside is always crowded with rickshaws, bikes, and delivery vans making noise. It’s definitely not a fancy corporate office with carpets or nice furniture. We have simple desks and we drink a lot of tea to stay awake. We’ve been in Kanhaiya Nagar for a while now, so we know how to navigate the traffic and the shortcuts. We don't use a lot of big business words or talk about strategy. We just talk about shipping dates, weights, and quantities. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how the business works. We work hard and try to avoid making mistakes with the orders. It’s just how we do things here.
