Sai Estates

Our place is located in Rohini Sector-11 at A-7/17. It is a residential area so it is usually pretty calm around here compared to the main market spots. We have a small sign out front but it is mostly people who live in Sector-11 that know we are here. The office is basically just a room with some basic furniture and a lot of folders. We have lived in Rohini for many years and we know how the sectors are laid out. Sometimes people get confused with the block numbers but we have spent enough time walking these streets to know where every house is. We aren't a big company with many branches or anything. It is just a small local operation. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to owners and people looking for a place to stay. Some days we are out showing houses most of the afternoon, so the office stays locked for a bit. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. If someone needs to find us, they usually just ask a neighbor or see our address on a slip of paper. We have a small cooler for water and some plastic chairs for when it gets crowded. It is a very normal way to run a business. We just take things one day at a time and talk to people about what is happening in the local market. Most of our work is just simple paperwork and showing people around.
