Colliers International Property Service Management

We operate out of Flat No 134 in Block F. The area code is 110 085. It's a standard residential-style block where we set up our management office. Dealing with property services means we are always looking at lists or talking to vendors. It gets a bit hectic sometimes. The flat is our main hub. We aren't a big flashy storefront. Most of our work is done behind the scenes. We've been in this part of India for a while. Dealing with property management involves a lot of small details that people don't usually see. We just try to stay on top of it all. The office space is cozy, maybe a bit cramped when we have everyone in at once, but it serves its purpose. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of files. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on the daily chores and making sure everything is where it should be. People in the block know us. We've settled in quite well. There isn't much to say beyond that. We just do our jobs every day and try to keep things organized. It's a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It can be tiring, but that’s just how the business goes for us. We just keep our focus on the daily paperwork.
