This place in Rohini Sector 7 has been our base for a long time. It’s a local spot, B 5/59, right in the heart of the residential blocks. Living and working in Rohini means you see the same faces every day at the market or the park. I started doing property work because I liked knowing who was moving in and out of the neighborhood. The office is basically just a room with some desks and a lot of registers. It’s not fancy, and we don't have those big glass windows you see in the malls. People just walk in after they’ve finished their grocery shopping or while they’re out for a walk. We know which blocks have the best water supply and which ones get a bit crowded on weekends. Dealing with houses and flats here is more about knowing the people than just the numbers. Sometimes a neighbor will stop by just to have a glass of water and chat about the local news. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth usually does the trick for us. It’s a simple life. I open up the shutters in the morning and stay until the streetlights come on. The fan wobbles a bit, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels like home. If you live in Sector 7, you’ve probably walked past us a hundred times. Just a local shop for local people.
