Kay Ess Properties

Kay Ess Properties is located right here in Rohini Sector 16, at F-6/153. It’s a residential area, so it’s quite grounded. I set this up because I saw how many people were struggling to find decent places to live around here. We aren't some big fancy firm from downtown. We’re local. I live not too far from the office myself. Most days, I’m either sitting at my desk answering emails or I’m out meeting someone at a property site. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and maps of the sector. Sometimes the printer jams when we're in a hurry, which is always annoying. We don’t use any big words or confusing contracts. We just tell people what’s available and what the price is. It’s better to be direct. People in Rohini appreciate that. We’ve helped a lot of neighbors move into bigger flats as their families grew. It’s nice to see familiar faces around the neighborhood. The work isn't always exciting, sometimes it's just waiting for a phone call that never comes, but we keep at it. Sector 16 has changed a lot, and we’ve been here to see it. If you need to find us, just look for the sign near the corner. We're usually there from morning until late evening. The paint on the front door is peeling a little, and I’ve been meaning to fix it, but there’s always something else to do. We keep a small fridge with some cold water for when the weather gets too hot. It’s just me and one other person helping out. We do our best to keep things moving. It’s a quiet life but we enjoy the work we do for the folks around here.
