Krishna Associates

We operate out of 415/180 in Rohini Sector 8. Krishna Associates is a small local firm that deals with various property matters in this part of Delhi. Sector 8 is a busy residential area, so there is always someone looking for a change. We aren't some giant corporation with offices all over the country. It’s just us in this small space, keeping track of what is available and who is looking to move. The walls of the office are covered in maps and notes about different plots. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to buyers and sellers. It’s not always exciting work, especially when you are stuck doing the same forms over and over, but it’s what we do. People around here know us as the local guys they can talk to about real estate. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we know about the market in Rohini. Sometimes the market is slow, and other times it is completely frantic. We take it as it comes. Being in one spot for so long means we’ve built up a lot of local knowledge. We know which blocks are quiet and which ones have problems with water or electricity. It’s that kind of practical info that people really need when they are moving. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
