S M Tools

S M Tools has been operating out of Gali Number 7 in Chander Vihar for a good while. You can find us at number 5. We deal with tools mostly. People from the area stop by when they need something specific for their work or a project at home. It’s a busy little spot. We don’t have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It is more of a practical place where you find what you need and get on with your day. Sometimes the lane gets a bit crowded with deliveries, but that is just how it is around here. We know most of our regulars by name. Dealing with tools means you have to know what works for different jobs. We’ve picked up a lot of knowledge just by talking to the mechanics and builders who come in. My hands are usually a bit dusty from moving stock around. We try to keep everything organized, but with so many small bits and pieces, it’s a constant task. If we don’t have something, we usually know where to find it. It’s just me and a couple of others keeping the place going. We don’t do much advertising. Most people find us because someone told them we were here. It is a quiet life in Chander Vihar, just selling tools and making sure people have the right equipment for their trade. We open early and stay until the work is done.
