Richa & Co.

Richa & Co. is located at Ap-114-B in Pitampura. Pitampura is a well-known neighborhood in New Delhi, and our spot is right in the middle of everything. The building we are in is easy to find once you know the address. We have been here for a good stretch of time, and the space has become very familiar to us. It’s not a big office with lots of employees. It’s just a small team of us working out of this space. We have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to talk to each other while we work. There is always something happening on the street outside, so it never feels too quiet. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up. Every morning we open the shutters and start the day’s work. We don't have a dedicated cleaning person, so we just take turns sweeping and keeping things organized. It’s an honest, simple way to run a business. We don't use a lot of complicated technology or have big corporate meetings. We just focus on getting through our list of things to do and making sure everything is handled correctly. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, though the traffic in Pitampura can be a headache sometimes. It’s just a normal day at a normal local business, and that’s how we like it.
