A. S. Malhotra & Associates P. Ltd.

Our office is located at H. No 99 in Sector 7, Rohini. It’s tucked away in Pocket B-5. A. S. Malhotra & Associates P. Ltd. has been based in this part of Delhi for quite some time now. Rohini is a big area, but our street is usually manageable for parking and walking. The office is inside a house structure, so it’s not like those high-rise glass buildings you see in other parts of the city. We have a few rooms set up for desks and filing cabinets. It works for us. Most days start early before the heat gets too bad. We deal with various bits of business here. It’s mostly just regular people coming in to get things sorted out. We don’t go for anything fancy or over-the-top. The chairs might be a bit old, but they’re comfortable enough for a long day. We keep a lot of records here, so there are shelves everywhere you look. Sometimes the doorbell doesn’t work right, so people just knock on the gate. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. You can find us pretty easily if you know the block numbers in Sector 7. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. People just know where we are from word of mouth. It’s a decent place to work. We try to stay organized but sometimes it gets a bit messy when we’re really busy with paperwork. That is just part of the job.
