Our office is tucked away in Flat No. A7 of the Adarsh Apartments, right in Sector 09 of Rohini. Being in a residential block in Delhi means it’s a bit quieter than being on the main market road, which we mostly prefer. It’s an apartment setup, so it feels more like a home than a glass office building. We deal with securities and financial stuff here, which mostly involves a lot of screen time and tracking numbers. The Delhi heat can be something else in the summers, so we’re usually glad to be indoors. We have a few desks set up and computers running all day long. People sometimes find it a bit tricky to find the right flat the first time, but once you’re in Adarsh Apartments, it’s straightforward. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of people; it’s a smaller group of us working through the daily trades and paperwork. Most of the day is spent on the phone or responding to emails. The neighborhood has its own rhythm with people coming and going. We’ve been at this Rohini location for a while now. It’s a practical space for what we do. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. It is just a regular spot where we handle the business of Icici Securities Limited. We keep things simple and just focus on the tasks at hand.
